If this is your child, you have probably been told they are difficult or defiant. They are not. They are built to initiate, and most standard parenting is designed to suppress exactly that.
Stop commanding, start informing
The single most important shift: stop issuing direct commands and start informing, and asking to be informed. Manifestor children hit a wall the moment they feel controlled. The meltdowns and power struggles usually trace back to feeling boxed in. You get far more cooperation from a heads-up than an order.
Teach them their own strategy early: to tell you what they are about to do. "I am going to the backyard." This is not you controlling them. It is you teaching them the one habit that saves them enormous friction for life. In return, you inform them too. Transitions, plans, changes. Surprises set them off; warning does not.

Give real choices. Let them initiate within boundaries you actually care about, and let go of the ones you do not. A Manifestor child who is informed and not constantly managed becomes a peaceful, capable kid. One who is controlled all day becomes an angry one.
Their signature is peace. Their not-self theme is anger. If you are seeing a lot of anger, the question is rarely "what is wrong with my child" and almost always "where do they feel controlled?"
